Roof Express is an online, Web-based Roof Asset Management (RAM) system combining mobile GPS with a handheld computer for data collection. Information including the structure's roof map (plan) and assembly, basic history, sections, perimeters, inventory location and specifics, and a defect summary page can be uploaded to the Roof Express computer, processed, and made available on the Internet via password. Jim Giese Commercial Roofing utilizes the Roof Express system to most effectively meet customers' needs.
